The Uhuru Institute for Social Development has today launched a study report on the Legal, Business, Knowledge and Ethical status of Cooperatives in Uganda.
With the cooperative movement at crossroads, the report is set to lay a foundation that will promote growth and better practice.
The study featured a cooperatives profiling exercise that captured 1449 cooperative societies within 50 districts in all the sub regions of Uganda.
