The President of the Uganda Evaluation Association, Mathew Lubuulwa while explaining to the journalists on the importance of evaluation in guiding development initiatives revealed the theme of the conference as, “Development with Purpose: Empowering Accountable Learning for achieving Development Goals and Enhancing Climate Resilience.”
